CORE CONVICTIONS

COMMITMENT

Participants in Connection Groups are committed to; a) being at each of the meetings with their fellow participants, and; b) being fully present during each meeting (i.e. cellphones off)  and contributing fully to the session.  As each group discovers early on, the group becomes the mentor and, therefore, each member being fully present is a key facet of The Leadership Connection.

CANDOR

The Leadership Connection is based upon each particpant being very candid when they are presenting their Issue or Opportunity with the rest of the group. Similarly, we desire each participant to be extremely candid in their encouragement and comments in support of the presenting individual to provide deep value in the Connection Group process.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The most critical conviction of The Leadership Connection is that of Confidentiality.  This deep commitment to Confidentiality establishes the safe and secure environment required for pastors and others to truly communicate and deal with real-world issues and opportunities within their personal and professional lives.
